Terms of Use

The rules for using ORBIT and ORBIT Pro.

Effective date: August 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using ORBIT, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

ORBIT is a companion interface for music available through your Apple Music library. Certain functions require a compatible device, an Apple ID, Apple Music access and, where applicable, an active Apple Music subscription. Apple Music content, availability and playback restrictions are controlled by Apple and rights holders, not ORBIT.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID, complying with Apple Media Services Terms and all applicable laws, and using ORBIT only with music and artwork you are authorised to access. Do not use ORBIT to copy, extract, redistribute or otherwise infringe music, artwork or other protected content.

4. ORBIT Pro and purchases

ORBIT Pro is offered as an in-app purchase. Prices, tax and availability are displayed by Apple before purchase and may vary by region. Payment, billing, refunds and cancellation are handled by Apple under its applicable terms. If you have previously purchased Pro, use Restore Purchases to re-check your entitlement with Apple and RevenueCat.

Pro access is granted to the Apple account that completed the purchase, subject to App Store rules. We may change, add or remove features over time, while honouring any rights required by applicable law.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep ORBIT available and enjoyable, but the app and its features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features to improve the app, address security issues or comply with platform requirements.

6. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBIT is not responsible for Apple Music outages, unavailable catalog items, account restrictions, lost local settings, or indirect and consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a revised version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

3. 您的责任

您应妥善保管设备和 Apple ID，遵守 Apple Media Services 条款及适用法律，并只使用您有权访问的音乐和封面。不得利用 ORBIT 复制、提取、再分发或以其他方式侵犯音乐、封面或其他受保护内容的权益。

4. ORBIT Pro 与购买

ORBIT Pro 以 App 内购买形式提供。价格、税费和可用性会在购买前由 Apple 展示，并可能因地区而异。付款、计费、退款及取消均由 Apple 按其适用条款处理。若您曾购买 Pro，请使用“恢复购买”，让 Apple 和 RevenueCat 重新验证权益。

Pro 权益将授予完成购买的 Apple 帐户，并受 App Store 规则约束。我们可能随时间调整、增加或移除功能，同时遵守适用法律要求的权益。

5. 可用性与变更

我们会努力让 ORBIT 保持可用且愉悦，但 App 及其功能按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。为改进 App、处理安全问题或遵守平台要求，我们可能更新、暂停或终止部分功能。

6. 免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，ORBIT 不对 Apple Music 服务中断、曲库内容不可用、账户限制、本地设置丢失或因使用 App 而产生的间接及后果性损失负责。本协议不排除法律规定不得排除的权利。

7. 更新与联系

我们可能不时修订本协议。修订版本生效后继续使用 ORBIT，表示您接受更新后的协议。
